CHAP. 370.— An Act To provide for the construction of a revetment wall at Fort Moultrie, South Carolina. June 2, 1930.[[H. R. 9154](/us/bill/71/hr/9154).][[Public, No. 294](/us/pl/71/294).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, Fort Moultrie, S. C.Construction of revetment wall at, authorized.*Post*, p. 908. That the Secretary of War is authorized to provide, by contract or otherwise, for the construction of a revetment wall two thousand four hundred feet long along the north shore of Sullivans Island, at Fort Moultrie, in the State of South Carolina, so as to prevent the shore from washing Sum authorized.away at that point.
There is hereby authorized to be appropriated the sum of $25,000, or so much thereof as may be necessary, to carry out the provisions of this Act. Approved, June 2, 1930.
