CHAP. 37.— An Act To legalize a combined sewer and submarine cable constructed under the Grand River near the pumping station on Market Avenue at Grand Rapids, Michigan. February 7, 1930.[[S. 3152](/us/bill/71/s/3152).][[Public, No. 43](/us/pl/71/43).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, Grand River.Construction by Grand Rapids, Mich., of sewer, etc., under, legalized. That the sewer with cable ducts constructed by the city of Grand Rapids, Michigan, under the Grand River near the pumping station on Market Avenue at Grand Rapids, Michigan, be, and the same is hereby, legalized to the same extent and with like effect as to all existing or future laws and regulations of the United States, as if the permit required by the existing laws of the United States in such cases made and provided had been regularly obtained prior to the construction of such *Proviso*.Changes.sewer with cable ducts: *Provided*, That any changes in said structure which the Secretary of War may deem necessary and order in the interest of navigation shall be promptly made by the owner thereof.
Sec. 2. Amendment. The right to alter, amend, or repeal this Act is hereby expressly reserved. Approved, February 7, 1930.
