CHAP. 367.— An Act To authorize the President to appoint Captain Charles H. Harlow a commodore on the retired list. May 29, 1930[[S. 3910](/us/bill/71/s/3910)][[Private, No. 40](/us/prv/71/40)] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled,* That the PresidentNavy.Captain Charles H. Harlow may be appointed commodore, on retired list. be, and he is hereby, authorized to appoint, by and with the advice and consent of the Senate, Captain Charles H.
Harlow (retired), United States Navy, a commodore on the retired list of the Navy: *Provided*, That nothing contained herein shall entitle*Proviso*.No back pay, etc. Captain Charles H. Harlow to any back pay or allowances. Approved, May 29, 1930.
