CHAP. 365.— An Act To regulate the prescribing and use of waters from the Hot Springs National Park at Hot Springs, Arkansas, and for other purposes. March 2, 1931.[[S. 6171](/us/bill/71/s/6171).][[Public, No. 771](/us/pl/71/771).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, Hot Springs National Park, Ark.Regulations concerning use of waters of, amended.Vol. 41, p. 918, amended.[U. S. C., p. 411](/us/usc/411).Collection of physicians’ privilege fees discontinued.
That section 369, title 16, United States Code, being a provision of the Sundry Civil Appropriation Act approved June 5, 1920 (41 Stat. 874, 918), is hereby amended so as to read as follows: " “The Secretary of the Interior is hereby authorized to assess and collect from physicians who desire to prescribe the hot waters from the Hot Springs National Park reasonable fees for examination and 1463registration; and he is also authorized to assess and collect from bath attendants and masseurs operating in bathhouses receiving hot Other charges, authorized.water from the park reasonable annual charges to cover the cost of physical examinations.
