That the appropriation “General Expenses, Marine Corps, 1930,” is hereby made available to the extent of not to exceed $7,500, for payment of the expenses of the United States Marine Band in attending the Fortieth Annual Confederate Veterans’ Reunion to be held at Biloxi, Mississippi, June 3 to 6, inclusive, 1930, as authorized by the Act approved May 12, 1930.
