CHAP. 363.— Joint Resolution To supply a deficiency in the appropriation for the employees’ compensation fund for the fiscal year 1930. May 29, 1930.[[H. J. Res. 346](/us/bill/71/hjres/346).][[Pub. Res., No. 78](/us/bill/71/pubres/78).] Resolved by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, Employees’ Compensation Fund.Deficiency appropriation for, fiscal year 1930, etc.Vol. 45, p. 1235. That there is hereby appropriated, out of any money in the Treasury not otherwise appropriated, the sum of $400,000 to supply a deficiency in the employees’ compensation fund for the fiscal year 1930 and prior fiscal years, including the payment of compensation and all other objects of expenditure provided for under this head in the Independent Offices Appropriation Act for the fiscal year 1930.
