CHAP. 362.— An Act To authorize the Secretary of the Navy to proceed with certain public works at the Naval War College, Newport, Rhode Island. March 2, 1931.[[S. 5083](/us/bill/71/s/5083).][[Public, No. 768](/us/pl/71/768).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, That the Secretary Naval War College, R. I.Additional construction authorized.of the Navy be, and he is hereby, authorized to remodel and extend existing structures and to construct an additional building at the Naval War College, Newport, Rhode Island, at a cost not to exceed $400,000.
