CHAP. 36.— Joint Resolution Making an appropriation for expenses of participation by the United States in the meeting of the International Technical Consulting Committee on Radio Communications to be held at The Hague in September, 1929. Res., No. 17](/us/bill/71/pubres/17).] Resolved by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, That the sum of $27,500Radio Communications, International Consulting Committee on.Appropriation for participation expenses.Vol. 45, p. 2872.*Post*, pp. 1073, 1582. is hereby appropriated, out of any money in the Treasury not otherwise appropriated, to remain available until June 30, 1930, to defray the expenses of participation by the United States in the meeting of the International Technical Consulting Committee on Radio Communications, to be held at The Hague in September, 1929, including travel and subsistence or per diem in lieu of subsistence (notwithstanding the provisions of any other Act), compensation of employees, stenographic and other services by contract if deemed necessary, rent of office, purchase of necessary books and documents, printing and binding, official cards, and such other expenses as may be authorized by the Secretary of State.
