CHAP. 356.— An Act To amend section 829 of the Revised Statutes of the United States. May 29, 1930.[[H. R. 5262](/us/bill/71/hr/5262).][[Public, No. 286](/us/pl/71/286).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, United States Courts.[R. S., sec. 829, p. 155](/us/rs/s829/p155).[U. S. C., p. 923](/us/usc/p923). That paragraph 14 of section 829 of the Revised Statutes of the United States (paragraph 14, section 574, title 28, United States Code) is hereby amended to read as follows:
" Marshal’s fees for keeping attached boats, etc.“For the necessary expenses of keeping boats, vessels, or other property attached or libeled in admiralty, such amount as the court, on petition setting forth the facts under oath, may allow.” " Approved, May 29, 1930.
