CHAP. 354.— An Act For the relief of Davis, Howe and Company. February 28, 1931.[[H. R. 9245.](/us/bill/71/hr/9245)][[Private, No. 390.](/us/pvtl/71/390)] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, Davis, Howe and Company.Refund to, of certain liquidated damages. That the Secretary of the Treasury is authorized and directed to pay, out of any money in the Treasury not otherwise appropriated, to Davis, Howe and Company, Salt Lake City, Utah, the sum of $2,660.
Such sum represents the amount deducted as liquidated damages from the price received by such company, as subcontractor of the Burnham Manufacturing Company, Woods Cross, Utah, for furnishing two high-pressure emergency gates and conduit linings for the Echo Dam, Salt Lake Basin project, Utah. Approved, February 28, 1931.
