CHAP. 353.— An Act For the relief of Andrew Markhus. February 28, 1931.[[H. R. 7555.](/us/bill/71/hr/7555)][[Private, No. 389.](/us/pvtl/71/389)] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, Andrew Markhus.Payment of certain salary, per diem, etc., expenses to, directed. That the Secretary of the Treasury be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to pay, out of any money in the Treasury not otherwise appropriated, to Andrew Markhus, examiner, field service, General Land Office, the sum of $101.51 for salary, per diem, and traveling expenses in going from Washington, District of Columbia, to Denver, Colorado, in connection with his appointment as inspector, General Land Office.
