CHAP. 35.— An Act Granting the consent of Congress to the Louisiana Highway Commission to construct, maintain, and operate a free highway bridge across the Red River at or near Shreveport, Louisiana. January 15, 1931.[[S. 4808](/us/bill/71/s/4808).][[Public, No. 563](/us/pl/71/563).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, That the consentRed River.Louisiana may bridge, at Shreveport. of Congress is hereby granted to the Louisiana Highway Commission to construct, maintain, and operate a free highway bridge and approaches thereto across the Red River, at a point suitable to the 1038Construction.Vol. 34, p. 84.interests of navigation, at or near Shreveport, Caddo and Bossier Parishes, Louisiana, in accordance with the provisions of an Act entitled “An Act to regulate the construction of bridges over navigable waters,” approved March 23, 1906.
Sec. 2. Amendment. The right to alter, amend, or repeal this Act is hereby expressly reserved. Approved, January 15, 1931.
