CHAP. 347.— An Act To authorize appropriations for construction at Plattsburg Barracks, Plattsburg, New York, and for other purposes. February 28, 1931.[[H. R. 15071](/us/bill/71/hr/15071).][[Public, No. 766](/us/pl/71/766).] *Be it enacted the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, Plattsburg, N. Y., Barracks.Replacement of buildings destroyed by fire. That there is hereby authorized to be appropriated not to exceed $150,000 to be expended for the construction of a gymnasium, service club, theater, and library, at Plattsburg Barracks, Plattsburg, New York, and Sum authorized.*Post*, p. 1606.such utilities and appurtenances thereto as, in the judgment of the Secretary of War, may be necessary to replace the building destroyed by fire in 1917, and the temporary building that was destroyed by fire in 1930.
