CHAP. 345.— Joint Resolution To supply a deficiency in the appropriation for miscellaneous items, contingent fund of the House of Representatives. May 27, 1930.[[H. J. Res. 343](/us/bill/71/hjres/343).][[Pub. Res., No. 76](/us/bill/71/pubres/76).] Resolved by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, That the sum of $25,894.31House of Representatives.Deficiency appropriation for miscellaneous items, etc.Vol. 45, p. 1394. is hereby appropriated, out of any money in the Treasury not otherwise appropriated, to supply a deficiency in the contingent fund of the House of Representatives for the fiscal year 1930, for miscellaneous items, exclusive of salaries and labor unless specifically ordered by the House of Representatives, and including reimbursement to the official stenographers to committees for the amounts actually and necessarily paid out by them for transcribing hearings.
