CHAP. 343.— An Act Authorizing reconstruction and improvement of a public road in Wind River Indian Reservation, Wyoming. May 27, 1930.[[S. 320](/us/bill/71/s/320).][[Public, No. 274](/us/pl/71/274).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, Wind River Reservation, Wyo.Sum authorized for reconstruction, etc., of designated road in. That there is hereby authorized to be appropriated, out of any money in the Treasury not otherwise appropriated, the sum or not more than*Post*, p. 1070. $150,000 to pay not more than one-half the cost for the reconstruction and improvement of the road running northwest from Milford across Wind River or Shoshone Indian Reservation, through Fort Washakie to the diversion dam in Wyoming, approximately thirtyConditional upon agreement by State, etc., to maintain road. miles, and lying wholly within said Indian reservation on condition that the State or county or both shall defray the remainder of the cost and agree in writing to maintain the road without expense to*Proviso*.Construction. the Government or the Indians: *Provided*, That the work on said road shall be jointly under the supervision and direction of the Bureau of Indian Affairs and the Bureau of Public Roads andIndian labor only to bo employed. only Indian labor shall be employed except for engineering and supervision.
