CHAP. 342.— An Act To extend the times for commencing and completing the construction of a bridge across the Saint Clair River at or near Port Huron, Michigan. February 28, 1931.[[H. R. 16471](/us/bill/71/hr/16471).][[Public, No. 761](/us/pl/71/761).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, Saint Clair River.Time extended for bridging, at Port Huron, Mich. That the times for commencing and completing the construction of a bridge across the Saint Clair River at or near Port Huron, Michigan, authorized to *Ante*, p. 809, amended.be built by the Great Lakes Bridge Commission by an Act of Congress approved June 25, 1930, are hereby extended one and three years, respectively, from June 25, 1931.
Sec. 2. Amendment. The right to alter, amend, or repeal this Act is hereby expressly reserved. Approved, February 28, 1931.
