CHAP. 341.— An Act To authorize an investigation with respect to the Construction of a dam or dams across the Owyhee River or other streams within or adjacent to the Duck Valley Indian Reservation, Nevada, and for other purposes. February 28, 1931.[[H. R. 16302](/us/bill/71/hr/16302).][[Public, No. 760](/us/pl/71/760).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, Owyhee River.Investigation, etc., respecting dam construction across, in Duck Valley Indian Reservation, authorized.
That there is hereby authorized to be appropriated, out of any money in the Treasury not otherwise appropriated, the sum of $15,000, or so much thereof as may be necessary, to enable the Secretary of the Interior to make further surveys, investigations, and completion of inspection of foundations and preparation of plans and specifications of Reed Creek and other reservoir sites for purpose of constructing a dam or dams across Owyhee River or other streams, to be located within or adjacent to the Duck Valley Indian Reservation, Nevada.
