CHAP. 34.— An Act Extending the times for commencing and completing the construction of a bridge across the White River at or near Newport, Arkansas. June 21, 1929.[[S. 1548](/us/bill/71/s/1548).][[Public, No. 18](/us/pl/71/18).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, That the times forWhite River.Time extended for bridging, at Newport, Ark. commencing and completing the construction of a bridge across the White River at or near Newport, Arkansas, authorized to be built by the State highway commission of Arkansas by the Act of CongressVol. 45, p. 984. approved May 29, 1928, are hereby extended one and three years, respectively, from the date of approval hereof.
Sec. 2. The right to alter, amend, or repeal this Act is herebyAmendment. expressly reserved. Approved, June 21, 1929.
