CHAP. 333.— An Act Granting the consent of Congress to the State of Minnesota to construct, maintain, and operate a bridge across the Mississippi River, at or near Brainerd, Minnesota. February 28, 1931.[[H. R. 15591](/us/bill/71/hr/15591).][[Public, No. 752](/us/pl/71/752).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, That the consent of Mississippi River.Minnesota may bridge, at Brainerd.Congress is hereby granted to the State of Minnesota to construct, maintain, and operate a free highway bridge and approaches thereto across the Mississippi River, at a point suitable to the interests of Construction.Vol. 34, p. 84.navigation, on Trunk Highway Numbered 2, at or near Brainerd, Minnesota, in accordance with the provisions of the Act entitled 1456“An Act to regulate the construction of bridges over navigable waters,” approved March 23, 1906.
Sec. 2. Amendment. The right to alter, amend, or repeal this Act is hereby expressly reserved. Approved, February 28, 1931.
