That there is hereby authorized to be appropriated not to exceed $53,000 for improvements, construction, and installation at Tucson Field, Tucson, Arizona, as follows: Hangar and appurtenances thereto, $50,000; gas-storage system, Hangar, etc.Gas storage.$3,000.
