CHAP. 330.— An Act To amend the Act entitled “An Act to carry into effect provisions of the convention between the United States and Great Britain to regulate the level of Lake of the Woods concluded on the 24th day of February, 1925,” approved May 22, 1926, as amended. February 28, 1931.[[H. R. 9326](/us/bill/71/hr/9326).][[Public, No. 749](/us/pl/71/749).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, Lake of the Woods.Vol. 45, p. 432, amended.
That section 1 of the Act entitled “An Act to carry into effect provisions of the convention between the United States and Great Britain to regulate the level of Lake of the Woods concluded on the 24th day of February, Time extended for appeal from awards in condemnation cases.1925,” approved May 22, 1926, as amended, is amended by adding at the end thereof a new sentence to read as follows: “The time in which to appeal from the awards of the commissioners under the condemnation proceedings heretofore provided for is extended sixty days from the date of the enactment of this amendatory Act.
” Approved, February 28, 1931.
