CHAP. 330.— An Act To authorize the appointment of an Assistant Commissioner of Education in the Department of the Interior. May 26, 1930.[[H. R. 7390](/us/bill/71/hr/7390).][[Public, No. 261](/us/pl/71/261).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, Education Bureau, Interior Department.Assistant Commissioner of, to be appointed. That there shall be in the office of education of the Department of the Interior one Assistant Commissioner of Education, who shall be appointed by the 385President, by and with the advice and consent of the Senate, andDuties. who shall be authorized to sign such letters, papers, and documents,[U.
