January 15, 1931.[[S. 4806](/us/bill/71/s/4806).][[Public, No. 561](/us/pl/71/561).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, That the consentRed River.Louisiana may bridge, at Alexandria. of Congress is hereby granted to the Louisiana Highway Commission to construct, maintain, and operate a free highway bridge and approaches thereto across the Red River, at a point suitable to the interests of navigation, at or near Alexandria, Rapides Parish, Louisiana, in accordance with the provisions of an Act entitled “AnConstruction.Vol. 34, p. 84.
Act to regulate the construction of bridges over navigable waters,” approved March 23, 1906. Sec. 2. The right to alter, amend, or repeal this Act is herebyAmendment. expressly reserved. Approved, January 15, 1931.
