CHAP. 328.— An Act To extend the times for commencing and completing the construction of a bridge across the Tennessee River at or near Eggners Ferry, Kentucky. May 26, 1930.[[S. 3744](/us/bill/71/s/3744).][[Public, No. 259](/us/pl/71/259).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, Tennessee River.Time extended for bridging, Bt Eggners Ferry, Ky. That the times for commencing and completing the construction of the bridge across the Tennessee River, at or near Eggners Ferry, Kentucky, authorized to be built by the State Highway Commission, Commonwealth Vol. 45, pp. 608, 1524.of Kentucky, by the Act of Congress approved May 18, 1928, and heretofore extended by the Act of Congress approved March 2, 1929, are hereby further extended one and three years, respectively, from May 18, 1930.
Sec. 2. Amendment. The right to alter, amend, or repeal this Act is hereby expressly reserved. Approved, May 26, 1930.
