CHAP. 322.— An Act For the relief of the estate of Moses M. Bane. February 27, 1931.[[S. 2625](/us/bill/71/s/2625).][[Private, No. 381](/us/pvtl/71/381).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled,* That the Secretary Moses M. Bane. Payment to estate of. of the Treasury be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to pay to the estate of Moses M. Bane, deceased, who was receiver of public money for the Territory of Utah, and paid office rent at Salt Lake City for the years 1877 and 1878 for the first quarter of Sum appropriated. 1879, the sum of $1,080, out of any money in the Treasury not otherwise appropriated, the said sum for office rent having been advanced by the officer out of his private means.
