CHAP. 321.— An Act For the relief of S. Vaughan Furniture Company, Florence, South Carolina. February 27, 1931.[[S. 1851](/us/bill/71/s/1851).][[Private, No. 380](/us/pvtl/71/380).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled,* That the Comptroller S. Vaughan Furniture Company. Claim of, for mortuary services to be settled. General of the United States be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to adjust and settle the claim of S.
Vaughan Furniture Company, its legal successor or assign, on account of services rendered and expenses incurred on or about March 1, 1923, in connection with the burial of Rowland M. Curtis, at the request of the United States Veterans’ Bureau, and to allow in full and 2124Appropriation.final settlement of said claim not to exceed $85. There is hereby appropriated, out of any money in the Treasury not otherwise appropriated, the sum of $85, or so much thereof as may be necessary, for payment of the claim.
