January 15, 1931.[[S. 4805](/us/bill/71/s/4805).][[Public, No. 560](/us/pl/71/560).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, That the times forRed River.Time extended for bridging, at Moncla, La. commencing and completing the construction of a bridge authorized by Act of Congress approved March 10, 1928, to be built by the Louisiana Highway Commission of the State of Louisiana across the Red River, at or near Moncla, Avoyelles Parish, Louisiana, areVol. 45, p. 203, amended. hereby extended one and three years, respectively, from March 10, 1931.
Sec. 2. The right to alter, amend, or repeal this Act is herebyAmendment. expressly reserved. Approved, January 15, 1931.
