CHAP. 313.— An Act To extend the provisions of section 2465 of the Revised Statutes of the United States (U. S. C., title 43, see. 1171), as amended, to coal lands in Alabama. S., sec. 2455, p. 452](/us/rs/sec2455/p452).[U. S. C., p. 1411](/us/usc/p1411).Sale of Isolated tracts of coal in Alabama authorized. of section 2455 of the Revised Statutes of the United States (U.
S. C., title 43, sec. 1171), as amended, be, and the same are hereby, extended to the surveyed unreserved, unappropriated public lands in the State of Albania which have been reported as containing coal deposits and which were withheld from homestead entry under the provisions of the Act of Congress entitled “An Act to excludeVol. 22, p. 487. the public lands in Alabama from the operation of the laws relating to mineral lands,” approved March 3, 1883, but there shall be aMineral rights reserved. reservation to the United States of the coal in all such lands so sold and of the right to prospect for, mine, and remove the same in accordance with the provisions of the Act of Congress approved June 22,Vol. 36, p. 583. 1910, entitled “An Act to provide for agricultural entries on coal lands,” and such lands shall be subject to all the conditions and limitation of said Act.
