CHAP. 302.— An Act To provide for the transportation of school children in the District of Columbia at a reduced fare. February 25, 1931.[[H. R. 12571](/us/bill/71/hr/12571).][[Public, No. 733](/us/pl/71/733).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, That the Public District of Columbia.Reduced fares on street railways, etc., for school children in.Utilities Commission of the District of Columbia is hereby empowered and directed to fix reduced fares for school children not over eighteen years of age, going to and from school on street railway and bus lines in the District of Columbia, under such reasonable rules and regulations as the commission may establish: *Proviso.*Not to exceed three cents. *Provided*, That such reduced fares shall not exceed three cents.
