CHAP. 30.— An Act Making an appropriation to carry out the provisions of the “Agricultural Marketing Act,” approved June 15, 1929. June 18, 1929.[[H. R. 4016](/us/bill/71/hr/4016).][[Public, No. 15](/us/pl/71/15).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, Agricultural Marketing Act.Appropriation for expenditures.*Ante*, pp. 14, 17.*Post*, pp. 93, 1033. That there is hereby appropriated, out of any money in the Treasury not otherwise appropriated, for carrying into effect the provisions of the Act entitled the “Agricultural Marketing Act,” approved June 15, 1929, including all necessary expenditures authorized therein, the sum of $151,500,000, to be immediately available, of which amount $150,000,000 shall constitute a revolving fund to be administered by the Federal Farm Board as provided in such Act, and $1,500,000 Administrative expenses.shall be available until June 30, 1930, for administrative expenses in executing the functions vested in the Federal Farm Board by such Act.
