CHAP. 299.— An Act to extend the time for the construction of a bridge across the Chesapeake Bay. February 25, 1931.[[S. 5255](/us/bill/71/s/5255).][[Public, No. 730](/us/pl/71/730).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, Chesapeake Bay.Time extended for bridging, by Chesapeake Bay Bridge Company.Vol. 44, p. 1100; Vol. 45, p. 414.*Ante*, p. 39. That the times for commencing and completing the construction of a bridge authorized by Act of Congress approved February 15, 1927, and by Act of Congress approved April 10, 1928, to be built by the Chesapeake Bay Bridge Company, a corporation, across the Chesapeake Bay heretofore extended by Acts of Congress approved April 10, 1928, and June 21, 1929, are hereby further extended one and three years, respectively, from the date or approval hereof.
Sec. 2. Amendment. That the right to alter, amend, or repeal this Act is hereby expressly reserved. Approved, February 25, 1931.
