CHAP. 295.— An Act For the relief of Mary L. Dickson. February 24, 1931.[[H. R. 5470](/us/bill/71/hr/5470).][[Private, No. 373](/us/pvtl/71/373).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled,* That the Secretary Mary L. Dickson (mother). Monthly payments to. of the Treasury be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to pay, out of any money in the Treasury not otherwise appropriated, the sum of $20 monthly after the date of the enactment of this Act to Mary L.
Dickson, mother of Elizabeth Dickson, in full settlement of all claims on account of the death of the said Elizabeth Dickson while serving as a nurse in the base hospital at Fort Riley, Kansas, during the World War. Approved, February 24, 1931.
