CHAP. 29.— An Act Granting the consent of Congress to the construction of a highway bridge across the Hudson River between the cities of Albany and Rensselaer, New York. January 24, 1930.[[S. 967](/us/bill/71/s/967).][[Public, No. 38](/us/pl/71/38).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, That the consentHudson River.New York may bridge, between Albany and Rensselaer. of Congress is hereby granted to the superintendent of public works of the State of New York to construct, maintain, and operate a highway bridge and approaches thereto across the Hudson River,*Post*, p. 1054. at a point suitable to the interests of navigation, between the cities of Albany and Rensselaer, New York, in accordance with the provisionsConstruction.Vol. 34, p. 84. of an Act entitled “An Act to regulate the construction of bridges over navigable waters,” approved March 23, 1906.
The proposed highway bridge will replace the existing highway bridge over the Hudson River between the cities of Albany and Rensselaer, New York. Sec. 2. That the right to alter, amend, or repeal this Act is herebyAmendment. expressly reserved. Approved, January 24, 1930.
