CHAP. 285.— An Act For the relief of Jessie Axton. February 23, 1931.[[H. R. 9215](/us/bill/71/hr/9215).][[Private, No. 368](/us/pvtl/71/368).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled,* That the Secretary Jessie Axton. Payment to. of the Treasury is authorized and directed to pay, out of any money in the Treasury not otherwise appropriated, to Jessie Axton the sum of $165, in full settlement of her claim against the Government for services rendered in reporting and transcribing the record in the case of the United States against Horace Alderman.
