Milner.Benefits of Emergency Officers’ Retirement Act extended to.Vol. 45, p. 735. of the Emergency Officers’ Retirement Act Captain Drinkard B. Milner shall be considered as coming within the provisions of said Act and entitled to the benefits thereof. Approved, May 14, 1930.
