CHAP. 279.— An Act To extend the times for commencing and completing the construction of a bridge across the Ohio River at or near Carrollton, Kentucky. May 14, 1930.[[S. 4173](/us/bill/71/s/4173).][[Public, No. 223](/us/pl/71/223).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, That the times forOhio River.Tune extended for hedging, at Carrollton, Ky. commencing and completing the construction of the bridge across the Ohio River at or near Carrollton, Kentucky, authorized to be built by the State highway commission, Commonwealth of Kentucky, by the Act of Congress approved February 26, 1929, areVol. 43, p. 1310. hereby extended one and three years, respectively, from the date of approval hereof.
Sec. 2. The right to alter, amend, or repeal this Act is herebyAmendment. expressly reserved. Approved, May 14, 1930.
