CHAP. 269.— An Act For the relief of Julius Victor Keller. May 13, 1930[[H. R. 1301](/us/bill/71/hr/1301)][[Private, No. 28](/us/pl/71/28)] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled,* That in the administrationJulius Victor Keller.Military record corrected. of any laws conferring rights, privileges, and benefits upon honorably discharged soldiers Julius Victor Keller, who was a member of Company C, Seventh Regiment United States Infantry, and formerly assigned to Company G, Third Regiment United States Infantry, United States Army, shall hereafter be held and considered to have been honorably discharged from the military service of the United States as a private and member of Company C, Seventh Regiment United States Infantry, on the 12th day of October, 1878, he having enlisted as Julius Keller: *Provided*, That*Proviso*.No prior pension, etc. no bounty, back pay, pension, or allowance shall be held to have accrued prior to the passage of this Act.
