CHAP. 265.— An Act To amend the Act of Congress approved May 29, 1928, authorizing the Secretary of the Treasury to accept title to certain real estate, subject to a reservation of mineral rights in favor of the Blackfeet Tribe of Indians. May 13, 1930.[[H. R. 9407](/us/bill/71/hr/9407).][[Public, No. 212](/us/pl/71/212).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, Babb-Piegan, Mont.Acceptance of land for inspection station at.Vol. 45, p. 919.
That the Act of Congress approved May 29, 1928, is hereby amended so as to author ize the Secretary of the Treasury to accept title to a tract of land containing approximately forty-two and ninety-five one-hundredths acres, being a portion or the proposed inspection station at Babb Mineral rights of Blackfeet Indians reserved.Vol. 41, p. 17.Piegan, Montana, subject to a reservation of mineral rights in favor of the Blackfeet Tribe of Indians provided for in the Act of Congress approved June 30, 1919 (Forty-first Statutes, page 17).
