CHAP. 264.— An Act To dedicate for street purposes a portion of the old post-office site at Wichita, Kansas. May 13, 1930.[[H. R. 9524](/us/bill/71/hr/9524).][[Public, No. 211](/us/pl/71/211).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, Wichita, Kans.Part of old post office site at, dedicated for street purposes.Description. That there is hereby dedicated to permanent Use for street purposes that portion of the old post-office site at Wichita, Kansas, described as follows:
Beginning at the northeast corner of lot L on Market Street, in Greiffen steins Reserve, Greiffensteins Addition to Wichita, running thence south on the west line of Market Street twenty feet to a point four feet north of the north line of the Federal Building; thence west one hundred and forty-seven feet to the west line of said lot L and parallel with the north line of said Federal Building, which is also two-tenths of a foot north of the north face of buttress surrounding the area leading to basement of said Federal Building; thence north twenty feet to the northwest corner of said lot L; thence east one hundred and forty-seven feet to the place of beginning; being the north twenty feet of lot L on Market Street in Grieffen steins Reserve, Greiffensteins Addition to Wichita, Kansas.
