CHAP. 263.— An Act For the relief of Mary C. Bolling. February 20, 1931.[[H. R. 11268](/us/bill/71/hr/11268).][[Private, No. 363](/us/pvtl/71/363).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled,* That in the administration John Bolling. Military record corrected. of any laws conferring rights, privileges, and benefits upon honorably discharged soldiers John Bolling, who was a member of Troop B, Fourth Regiment Kentucky Volunteer Cavalry, shall hereafter be held and considered to have been honorably discharged from the military service of the United States as a private of that *Proviso.* No back pay, etc. organization on the 12th day of February, 1864: *Provided,* That no bounty, back pay, pension, or allowance shall be held to have accrued prior to the passage of this Act.
