CHAP. 260.— An Act For the relief of Frederick Rasmussen. February 20, 1931.[[H. R. 4731](/us/bill/71/hr/4731).][[Private, No. 360](/us/pvtl/71/360).] *Be it enacted, by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled,* That in the administration Frederick Rasmussen. Naval record corrected. of any laws conferring rights, privileges, and benefits upon honorably discharged soldiers Frederick Rasmussen, who was a member of the United States Navy, shall hereafter be held and con-2118sidered to have been honorably discharged from the naval service of *Proviso.* No prior pension, etc. the United States on May 11, 1927: *Provided,* That no bounty, back pay, pension, or allowance shall be held to have accrued prior to the passage of this Act.
