H. Peacock, F. G. Bell, S. V. Taylor, E. C. Amann, and C. E. Ferris, their heirs, legal representatives, and assigns, by anVol. 45, p. 198, amended. Act of Congress approved March 7, 1928, is hereby extended one year from March 7, 1931. Sec. 2. The right to alter, amend, or repeal this Act is herebyAmendment. expressly reserved.
