CHAP. 259.— An Act For the relief of William L. Wiles. February 20, 1931.[[H. R. 4269](/us/bill/71/hr/4269).][[Private, No. 359](/us/pvtl/71/359).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled,* That in the William L. Wiles. Military record corrected. administration of any laws conferring rights, privileges, and benefits upon honorably discharged soldiers William L. Wiles, late a private in Company K, Second Regiment Ohio Volunteer Infantry, shall hereafter be held and considered to have been honorably discharged from the military service as a private of that organization on the 10th day of August, 1862: *Provided,* That no bounty, back pay, *Proviso.* No back pay, etc. pension, or allowance shall be held to have accrued prior to the passage of this Act.
