CHAP. 258.— An Act For the relief of Anna E. Stratton. February 20, 1931.[[H. R. 2729](/us/bill/71/hr/2729).][[Private, No. 358](/us/pvtl/71/358).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled,* That in the administration Albert Stratton. Military record corrected. of any laws conferring rights, privileges, and benefits upon honorably discharged soldiers Albert Stratton, who was a member of Company A, Sixty-fifth Regiment Ohio Volunteer Infantry, shall hereafter be held and considered to have been honorably discharged from the military service of the United States as a private of that organization on the 19th day of September, 1864: *Provided,* That *Proviso.* No back pay, etc. no bounty, back pay, pension, or allowance shall be held to have accrued prior to the passage of this Act.
