CHAP. 257.— An Act For the relief of Thomas F. Sutton. February 20, 1931.[[H. R. 2584](/us/bill/71/hr/2584).][[Private, No. 357](/us/pvtl/71/357).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled,* That in the administration Thomas F. Sutton. Military record corrected. of any laws conferring rights, privileges, and benefits upon honorably discharged soldiers Thomas F. Sutton, who was a member of Company E, Sixth Regiment Tennessee Volunteer Infantry, shall hereafter be held and considered to have been honorably discharged from the military service of the United States as a member of that organization on the 17th day of September, 1862: *Provided,* *Proviso.* No back pay, etc.
That no bounty, back pay, pension, or allowance shall be held to have accrued prior to the passage of this Act. Approved, February 20, 1931.
