CHAP. 257.— An Act Granting the consent of Congress to the Arkansas State Highway Commission to construct, maintain, and operate a free highway bridge across the White River at or near Sylamore, Arkansas. May 13, 1930.[[H. R. 10474](/us/bill/71/hr/10474).][[Public, No. 204](/us/pl/71/204).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, That the consentWhite River.Arkansas State Highway Commission may bridge at Sylamore, Ark. of Congress is hereby granted to the Arkansas State Highway Commission to construct, maintain, and operate a free highway bridge and approaches thereto across the White River, at a point suitable to the interests of navigation, at or near Sylamore, Arkansas, in accordance with the provisions of an Act entitled “An Act to regulateConstruction.Vol 34, p. 84. the construction of bridges over navigable waters,” approved March 23, 1906.
Sec. 2. The right to alter, amend, or repeal this Act is herebyAmendment. expressly reserved. Approved, May 13, 1930.
