CHAP. 256.— An Act For the relief of William Parish. February 20, 1931.[[H. R. 2505](/us/bill/71/hr/2505).][[Private, No. 356](/us/pvtl/71/356).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled,* That in the administration William Parish. Military record corrected. of any laws conferring rights, privileges, and benefits upon honorably discharged soldiers William Parish, who was a member of Company L, Fourteenth Regiment United States Infantry, shall hereafter be held and considered to have been discharged honorably 2117from the military service of the United States as a member of that organization on the 15th day of January, 1903: *Provided,* That no *Proviso.* No back pay, etc. bounty, back pay, pension, or allowance shall be held to have accrued prior to the passage of this Act.
