CHAP. 253.— An Act For the relief of George Selby. February 20, 1931.[[H. R. 780](/us/bill/71/hr/780).][[Private, No. 353](/us/pvtl/71/353).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled,* That in the George Selby. Military record corrected. administration of any laws conferring rights, privileges, and benefits upon honorably discharged soldiers George Selby, who was a member of the Thirty-third Ordnance Company, shall hereafter be held and considered to have been honorably discharged from the *Proviso.* No back pay, etc. military service of the United States as a private of that organization on the 27th day of November, 1926: *Provided,* That no bounty, back pay, pension, or allowance shall be held to have accrued prior to the passage of this Act.
