CHAP. 252.— An Act For the relief of Abram H. Johnson. February 20, 1931.[[H. R. 589](/us/bill/71/hr/589).][[Private, No. 352](/us/pvtl/71/352).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled,* That in the Abram H. Johnson. Military record corrected. administration of any laws conferring rights, privileges, and benefits upon honorably discharged soldiers Abram H. Johnson, who 2116was a corporal of Company K, Third Regiment Michigan Volunteer Cavalry, shall hereafter be held and considered to have been honorably discharged from the military service of the United States as a *Proviso.* No back pay, etc. member of said company and regiment March 18, 1864: *Provided,* That no bounty, back pay, pension, or allowance shall be held to have accrued prior to the passage of this Act.
