CHAP. 252.— An Act To legalize a bridge across the Hudson River at Stillwater, New York. May 13, 1930.[[H. R. 11046](/us/bill/71/hr/11046).][[Public, No. 199](/us/pl/71/199).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, That the bridgeHudson River.Bridge across, at Stillwater, N. Y., legalized. now being reconstructed across the Hudson Kiver at Stillwater, New York, by the State of New York, if completed in accordance with plans accepted by the Chief of Engineers and the Secretary of War, as providing suitable facilities for navigation, and operated as a free bridge, shall be a lawful structure, and shall be subject to 270 Construction.Vol. 34, p. 84.the conditions and limitations of the Act entitled “An Act to regulate the construction of bridges over navigable waters,” approved March 23, 1906, other than these requiring the approval of plans by the Secretary of War and the Chief of Engineers before reconstruction of the bridge is commenced.
Sec. 2. Amendment. The right to alter, amend, or repeal this Act is hereby expressly reserved. Approved, May 13, 1930.
